Tamman valkea peitinkarva hohtaa iltahämärässä. Tallipoika yrittää saada sitä talutettua sisälle, mutta tamma on iskenyt kavionsa tiukasti maahan eikä liikahdakkaan. Poika suuttuu todenteolla ja läpsäisee tammaa riimunnarulla kaulalle, jolloin hevonen loikkaa sivulle ja näykkäisee poikaa kipeästi käsivarresta. Poika älähtää ja päästää riimunnarusta irti, jolloin tamma laukkaa riimunnaru perässään liehuen takaisin ystävättärensä luokse tarhaan pukitellen ja ilmaa potkien.

Isis on mahtava tamma jossa ei ole kuin yksi vika: se on uskomattoman äkäinen. Isistä voi olla välillä hiukan hanakala käsitellä sillä tamma viihtyy mieluiten ylhäisessä yksinäisyydessään, ilman ihmisiä, seuranaan vain yksi tamma, Neftys. Tamma pitää mielellään jöötä, ja välillä sitä saa ojentaa oikein kunnolla jotta se lopettaisi puremisen. Isis on ottanut toimekseen potkia ja kiukutella muidenkin hevosten puolesta, sillä täytyyhän jonkun se tehdä. Kun joku onnistuu vihdoinkin voittamaan Isiksen luottamuksen, on tamma niin uskollinen ystävä kuin hevonen voi olla. Isis rakastaa esiintymistä, se vain tekee sen omalla tavallaan. Mitä suurempi joukko ympärillä, sen enemmän tamma vikuroi. Mahdottomasti ylpistyneen neidin saa tarhastaan sisälle parhaiten kun sitä ollaan hakemassa yksin. Ensin kannattaa aina hakea Isiksen rakas tarhakaveri Neftys, jotta Isiskin suostuisi tulemaan talliin paremmin.
